PAYMENT OPTIONS:
All payments are to be made in USD. Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, US Postal Money Order, Cash

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
If other guests are not scheduled, arrival and departure times are flexible. Otherwise, Arrival after 3 PM; Departure by 11 AM. Rates are for up to 8 persons, including children.

DEPOSITS:
$300 USD deposit required within 5 business days of booking to guarantee reservation (goes toward rent)

50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

The rest of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

There is also a $200 refundable security/phone deposit required 30 days prior to occupancy.

REFUNDS
1.) For cancellations at least 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund, less the $300 Reservation Deposit

2.) For cancellations 15 to 44 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund (unless we can re-book the house, in which case a full refund less the $300 Reservation guarantee Deposit).

3.) For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund is given (unless we can re-book, in which case a full refund, less the $300 Reservation Deposit).

4.) The $200 deposit for security / telephone is refundable after telephone bill is received.
