Additional information about rental rates

• POLICIES:
  Rates subject to change without notice. All amounts in U.S. Dollars. Payment Options: Personal/ Business Check, Cashiers/ Registered check, Pay Pal, Electronic Funds Transfer, U.S. Postal Money Order.
  
  DEPOSITS:
  $300 deposit required within 5 business days of booking to guarantee reservation (goes toward rent)
  
  50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
  
  The rest of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  
  There is also a $200 refundable security/phone deposit required 30 days prior to occupancy.
  
  CANCELLATIONS:
  1.) For cancellations at least 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund, less the $300 Reservation Deposit
  
  2.) For cancellations 15 to 44 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund (unless we can re-book the house, in which case a full refund less
       the $300 Reservation guarantee Deposit).
  
  3.) For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund (unless we can re-book, in which case a full refund, less the
       $300 Reservation Deposit
